Learn about ACHI WSWA's Sisterhood

Women Supporting Women Association, Inc was founded by Rev. Dr. Juanita L. Fletcher in 2014. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization comprised of accomplished women, dedicated to supporting girls. We are a faith-based organization comprised of servant-leaders. Our focus is on the growth and well-being of girls in the communities to which we belong. As women, we have a purpose on this earth and we are called to serve in some capacity. Working together in a sisterhood we aim to be the change we want to see.

We envision a world where all women, from across the globe will come together to grow – emotionally, professionally, and spiritually – through self-exploration, collaborations, and shared ideas to help the next generation of women reach their full potential.

Our mission is to provide a space for professional women to discuss, develop, and implement resources and avenues of support for the next generation of women. As a member-driven organization, we provide mentorship and training programs that address health, wellness, and life skills designed to help our girls become successful women.
