President, Catrina Reese


Catrina Reese is a licensed and ordained preacher, certified life coach, TV/Radio show host, motivational speaker, author, recording artist, songwriter, anointed psalmist, conference workshop facilitator. But most of all, she is a daughter of the King, servant of God's people and has a heart for God.


Her heart for missions work has allowed her to travel with Samaritan’s Feet to Cape Town, South Africa (2007), Guyana (2009) and Burundi (2012) distributing shoes to children in need and delivering a message of hope.


Catrina launched New Day Movement Life Coaching, Consulting and Counseling, LLC in 2017. Her life coaching business has been something that Catrina has dreamed of doing all her life. Catrina said, “People come up to me in the stores, at restaurants, in Walmart, wherever I’m in line and start sharing things with me. And I listen. People are looking for someone to take the time to hear them and God just happens to use me as that vessel, to be that listening ear and to assist where needed. I was born for this!”


A native of Charlotte, NC, Catrina is married to Carilius Reese with a blended family of 6 children and 5 grandchildren. She loves reading, spending time with family and traveling.

Ericka L. Mcknight is a wife, mother of 3, author, philanthropist  and CEO of ELM Realty Firm & ELM School of Real Estate. Author of Silence The Noise Trilogy BooksShe is a women of great integrity, zeal, passion and fierce leadership for all people.

**Youngest & only African American women to own a real estate school in North & South Carolina. With satellite offices in GA & TN. Agansit all odds, she has written and obtain history by writing real estate courses others shy away. She has taught over 10,000 students in a male dominating industry with "few" African Americans.

 Founder of SolidShe, Inc., which is nonprofit organization dedicated to mental wellness for teenage girls and women.

Chapter Secretary, Karen Clark


Katrina Clark is a medical benefits specialist who works with pharmaceutical companies, medical service providers, and patients to obtain access to high cost therapies for rare disease states.  Katrina is also a Certified Life Coach, licensed minister, wife, mother and grandmother.


Katrina believes that her calling is to help people understand the dynamics of life by learning what drives their thoughts, choices and ultimately their behaviors. She does this work to bring awareness that we are constantly choosing; actively or passively. Stirring this awareness stimulates the mind by illuminating what was once hidden. Katrina is passionate in her mantra that “An aware mind is an informed mind. An informed mind is an applied mind. An applied mind is a powerful creative force”.


Katrina is a featured guest on Let’s Talk Kingdom with Catrina Reese.   She facilitates workshops and conferences teaching on awareness, mindset, exercising mental faculties and much more.


Katrina Clark holds an Associate degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Currently Katrina is the owner of theJOURNEY Life Coaching.  Katrina’s passion is to assist clients in gaining profound insights; to master tools in order to change the trajectory of their lives for the greater.

Mentoring Program Manager, Lashaunta Jenkins

LaShaunta Jenkins, affectionately known as Shaun, is from Wilmington, NC and has made Charlotte, NC her home. She is a devoted wife and mother in a blended family supporting 4 beautiful children! She is the owner of Metamorphosis Coaching and Development, where she is inspiring beautiful transformations by helping clients develop personally and professionally. Because she is a survivor of domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse, she has been inspired to create the nonprofit organization #iamHOPE. #iamHOPE provides support and resources for adult and child survivors of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Shaun is also an up and coming author, blogger, and advocate for those in need or in crisis-related situations. Her heart to serve shines in her volunteer efforts, which is a huge part of her life.


She is a Coordinator for eKidz department at Elevation Church in University City, a volunteer speaker for the Mecklenburg County Speakers Bureau, former board member for the YWCA, and a proud new member of the Charlotte Chapter of ACHI Women Supporting Women Association.
